The design was by Point Jude, though I do not know the history of the plug. Skitter let me borrow one and I basically cloned it. Pretty cool plugs!

Jiggy they made two models. I have the one with the sloped head as well.

I'll post up when I get home. I love the pt. jude stuff I got a few
