Group Buy?

I wonder, if we ever seriously considered a group buy (and we have given more than casual consideration in the past), would it be best to buy the land and put our considerable talents to work instead??

Well, while I was breaking down different disciplines with the trades it is obvious that there is often cross-skills transfer within the trade
