Not free, but very cheap.

Monday is taco and weds is wing night.

My favorite was all you can drink tuesday. I can't remember exactly but I think it was like 9-11pm, all you can drink, no charge. O MY GOD. It became a competition to see how many we could drink. THose were very sloppy nights. Eventually they had to shut it down because some people were getting dangerously drunk, and there were rumors that it was possibly illegal.

i bent my wookie

Back in February 1983 the back of the building collapsed and the cooler went in the drink during a winter storm, so its dodged a few bullets in its days...

One memorable night about 10 yrs ago they locked the doors at 1 and had a stripper come in for Kevin's birthday, that was a good night

Then there was the Eek a Mouse show a few years back

Definitely full of my own personal history.
I had many memorable nights and nights I'll never rememeber there.
Buddy Guy, Black Uhuru, Bop Harvey, J-Dogs, many more I cant remember. I once saw Scott Henderson there, hes a top notch fusion jazz guitarist. there was about 5 people in the place. A few drunk kids dancing, it was funny. I played there with a bunch of bands.
One hot summer night, we went outside and dove in, I split my heel open on a shell and teh carried me in to the bathroom, blood all over the place.
Now I spend countless hours behind the place fsihing. LAst fall, my wife and kids and I hung out there for lunch, it was bizarre seeing how your life changes and evolves but it was cool that some things stay teh same.

making s-b.com a kinder, gentler place for all

Thats's so funny, RIJIMMY. I was just thinking the same thing. I used to play the Mist back around the mid-ninetys..... Geesh, times have changed. How did partying/chicks turn into fishing with the kids??? LOL. I might hit that area this weekend, maybe I'll see you down there. I'll be the guy with the "greenie" reel attached to a %$%$%$%$ty pinacle rod chasing schoolies (if they are there!)
