SS,

If you are fishing from shore, go to that spot next to the fence where the outflow flows out to the middle of the river. Cast into the current and let your line free spool...watch your line go out as far as you like and flip the bail back over when it has gone out as far as you want. Slowly jig the lure, you'll feel the current, try and keep it near the edge of the flow down deep. I seem to get the most strikes/fish from that type of retrieve. I saw your other post about the bunker lure..I bought some of those at Walmart used them 2 weeks ago-caught nothing but they have good action.
