It depends--walking or driving?

Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools, because they have to say something.

Surfcasting

30 to 90 minutes on a regular basis. Twice a week and sometimes more.

Interesting results from the question. I can't imagine driving down from Strubridge a couple of times a week. I hate going in that direction to get to New Braintree. At least the Pike is close and its all highway.

30-60 minutes for me. I have fishing in my backyard in Quincy but fishing at night in Quincy just doesn't do it for me.

Gas prices would NEVER affect my fishing habit...however distance and time to the water would.

The way I feel about fishing........I WOULD MOVE CLOSER.

I live 5 minutes from my local river,,, 1/2hr to da big D,,, 20 mins. to an hour to SO many other spots which always make it harder to decide which one I'll allow to give me fish

...oh yeah, about 20 minutes to Gooses' boat,,, and then... ....FISH ON!!!

...it finally happened, there are no more secret spots

Nearest favorite spot, 45-50 minutes. But I can have a line in saltwater in 20.

I'm lucky if I can find the water...

All depends were I am going?

3 miles Yarmouth,
20 miles to Falmouth,
16 miles to Chatam,
10 miles to Barnstable Harborer

Fish out of Falmouth 80% of the time, of coarse it has to be the longest away also!!
