get a backpack. i have or had (my dad got jealous and took it back) a nice ems back pack with hip straps best bag ever. i normally only had 2 boxes in it but plenty of plastic. a bowie knife? better make it a pocket knife. first aid kit. ha! ok and antibacterial napkins, well thats not a bad idea. wait.....yeah it is what are you going soft.
imagine how much all that stuff will feel on your back after a two mile hike in soft sand. thats a good twelve pounds of stuff minis the antibacterial napkins.
i think your going to need a bigger bag.
