I think I may have to see a lawyer on this one, I'm sure I'll have a load of copays and deductibles to pay for this. Problem is, the 24 yo punk never had a job in his life, so how do ya get blood from a stone. I guess it's a loose/loose situation.

Clairvoyant and all  - you probably realize that the alleged tire changer was already apprehended.
There is more to this story than is being posted here and I want to respect Dave's privacy and that of his family. Having said that, from what I know, Dave is clearly not at fault here (and would not want that being suggested anywhere) and that he is the wronged party.

No it's not Dave, you just catch him when he is alone and deal out a little crowbar justice of you're own. Oh, and make sure you get one with the big hook on the end and pick him up off the ground by his nutsack and see how he likes that ... then whack him in the head with it so he can see how it feels. But give it some time 1st so 5-0 don't come banging on your door.
This way never fails ... record a show or 2 that is on the night you get him and watch them after you do get him and if the cops come you can always say you were home watching t.v. and you'll actually know what happened in the shows so you don't get tripped up if they question you on them.
It should have been you ushering him off your property with the crowbar not the other way around.
