Where can one junk a boat?
One of my co-workers has a small fiberglass boat with an engine that doesn't work and he asked me about getting rid of it this morning. Any ideas/solutions? It doesn't work like a car I doubt. I didn't know so I thought I would go to one of my favorite resources, here.

Put it on the front lawn with a sign that says "FREE"....it'll go.
A friend of mine junked his at the local dump but that costs....I'd give the free thing a try

Tell him to do a search online. There are places where you can donate a boat, just like a car. There is a place on route 1 in Wrentham where you can donate. They then sell them for cheap money that goes to a good cause.

If he puts it on Craigslist, it will probably be gone pretty quickly. I get rid of lots of junk that way. People will take anything if it's free, even if it's totally unusable.

If the free in your front yard thing doesnt work you could try putting a for sale 100$s and see if anyone steals it.
