Most guys I know are getting their limit or close to it. Pleanty of big fish coming in too.

I agree with the 36" limit..... but as a "pin hooker" since the 60's, I'd like to hear your reasoning for the "year round REAL commercial fisherman only" restrictions? Other than the "less for you is more for me " reason.
I guess those of us who rely on SB commercial fishing to provide "2nd job" income should just go get a job at a gas station??......or maybe a REAL commercial guy who isn't quite making it on the water should take that job!
