At least as much as I did in July, which is one night.
Seriously, the guys that are bitching about there not being any fish around from the surf need to pick it up a little. I got out only one night in July and found a decent amount of fish from the surf in one of the regular places I fish. It was not a top secret, low access place by any means, either. My partner did very well all through July with many 20-30# fish from shore. I am anticipating my one night, maybe two, in August will be productive.

My season ends in Nov.. That leaves dec, jan, feb, mar to sit on my a$$. I will make 15 trips or so to the surf. Some of my best fishing came in August last year. Spend alot of time in the boat in August as well.

While the eyes of the idol with the iron head are glowing
Distant ships sailing into the mist
You were born with a snake in both of your fists while a hurricane was blowing
