Yeah, that 13' Surf is a favorite especially when you need to reach way out there. Plus it sure does put a beating on bass. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to plug with a 13 foot rod all night. Now I need get a 50 on the end of my line hopefully before seasons end.

Can't wait to get my 10'9" and put that through the test

Great site.Would love to try an "Uptide".Sounds like an ideal rod for a lot of the type of fishing I do.
