yeah Mike that was a pretty honest thing to do and it is very good karma. Either way, you still landed the fish and have the slip to prove it so nobody can take that away!

In a world where people cheat during charity tournaments this is good to see especially during a money and prize tournament.

It definitely sets you apart from folks who have 4 team members weigh in the same fish for the same tournament , or from folks who "borrow" a fish from a buddy to take first place in their clubs tourney etc etc...

I think it was a simple misunderstanding and it seems you've handled the matter as best as possible. Good for you now GO GET 'EM!!!!

Someone mentioned it to me this smorning an I said.Who care's..He still caught the fish.I was not gonna make a stink about it on some stupid technicality.
Anyways U did the right thing..
Last thing u want is some JO making a big deal out of it an now ur the bad guy..
I would do the same thing..Keep at it Ur not done yet..
