		 Gaming geek here.A dell isn't something I can comment on.I have a custom rig .2 vid cards watercooled Processor.WTF is an ISAS card and you say mount to chassis.Just installing a jumper and putting the card in should be no problem if thats what your doing.I've installed waterpumps,radiators,harddrive water coolers,UV lights,custom cut windows.I'm sure it would be alright unless this card is the size of a boot.
