i hate that response. and im not a microsoft uber fan. nix boxes can have just as many problems. and mac... well they are coming along nicely but still not for gaming or corporate world. god forbid it was something the one behind the keyboard did (no offense bw, not directed towards you) to cause the problem or a piece of hardware that doesn't play nice or some buggy software that somone overpriced and that's really why your mad. .
