and WHY NOT??? Perhaps killing 30's and 40's that are probably stronger breeders is better?

I kill for the table, and it's my preference to eat smaller fish, under 20 lbs. Now don't get me wrong, I see no point to bragging about catching small keepers...

the law says 2 at 28"....that's what I'll take and keep if I catch them...but I guess I won't be posting that here....lol
