I can't even imagine this. What a bitch! Obviously she dosn't have kids. What does she hope to accomplish in taking the pics? Eliminate bus stops? I don't get it, she needs to be sent out of the country. bye bye

If ya really want to get em going, give a big wave and say "have a nice day" with a smile. This usually gets them riled up.
