rear hook has been replaces with one that is rusted & oversized ..knocking out the intented swimming action ;;
& no belly hook / further messing up the action / & decreasing the chances of a succeful catch ;;

I have a friend who makes an effort to find that plug and for good reason, and only the bass know for sure, but everywhere he uses it, especially at Fisher's Island, he consistently takes very large bass on it. I don't know what it is about that plug but man that thing takes fish even though it's a 4.00 dollar piece of crap.
That plug certainly does produce.
