I don't know the current captain, but I've known Leonard Ingrande since I was a little kid (I'm guessing he's not running the boat anymore). The man has forgotten more about tuna fishing than I will ever know.
Like I said, I don't want to see them out of business altoghter, just out of the inshore state waters.
