It kept me in bed this morning and now I am regretting it. Wish I went fishing. The older I get the lazier I get when it comes to being uncomfortable wetting a line.

yeah ....once you turn forty-to- forty two....you really start feeling the cold more
...i was out til dark tonight trolling (last one to leave) and my legs were real cold
from the lower temperature tonight
but the sun felt good and the sights were superb...i was the only one who
caught some stockies (3) but they were real picky today compared to yesterday fishing in the rain
... i got a real chill in me that was hard to get rid of... a hot shower and a fast jacuzzi did the trick tho...

i called the wife as i headed home from the lake which is just minutes away...
and said make me a cup of coffee right NOW....so i could get my core temperature up
....and now, i'm kicking myself in the butt for throwing away my old neopreme waders
which i should have repaired just to stay warm in out in the boat..but they had massive leaks everywhere.

Paul , i've been meaning to tell you about all the cool stuff i inherited by
buying this place...because the old man was a machinist and left behind a bunch of
old machinist tools for me to have...or i should say his son did.

i found this strange curved ruler (made of wood) and was gonna ask you
or cape sams or slipnot what its purpous was for ?

straight rulers were made for flat or straight surfaces..a curved rule was made for a bow roof or meausring a bow window....
although come to think about it...could have been for measuring big titties in a " who's got the biggest titty contest".

BOAT fish do count.
