Friday night recap...
Went to my Weeky spot and saw Hogys outfish my eels 3-1. Got a couple bumps and had a bluefish sever me at the swivel One decent bass
Swung by Q - lot was loaded at the start of the drop...
Went to C and saw a bunch of cars and a Limo . People that shouldn't be out fishing the breachway were fishing the breachway... A little snotty and a lot of blues so I called it a night.
Just cracks me up people that catch a fish and then do the stupid when it comes to land it. Fortunately for one fellow on a decent blue another angler pointed him to a far safer place to land the fish...
Ahhh, I thought the yahoos petered out at this point in the season

My girlfriend has been bugging me all year for a fish for the table, so it made a short outing for me. I think the guys I passed on the way back to my jeep probably did well. I should have stayed and told her I caught nothing keeper sized. Anyways, 23 pound sluggo fish:

Things dried up completely in my neighborhood. Not a touch last night.

It's not the bait
At the end of your line
It's the fishing hole
Where all the fish is blind

LOL. You must have left some mojo on it, Mike. It's worked well for me this year, perfect for what I do (though fussy to clean). Powerful little reel (Calcutta TE)......whipped a harbor seal this summer with it. Do me a favor, though.....next one you sell me, charge me 25 bucks more and put some 30+ mojo on. Thanks.

Went out just before high tide to a spot sort of local to me...small fish popping all over the place...they wouldn't touch my Parrot or Blk Mambo...finally hooked up a few on a RonZ...my friend and his GF were putting the hammer on schoolies to on white Long A Bombers. Checked out a few other places as well...no go
Should have listened to Flap
