Pressure washing the deck/nonskid will take it all off. I have used soft scrub and simple green and if you don't mind stripping the wax off, they work well, I have heard of bleach used as well, they just all strip wax but if you don't mind that and will be re-waxing, they will all work very well and leave it like new minus the shine.
