Things you've lost or broke
Whats the most expensive item you broke or lost this season while fishing?
So far i've lost an iPhone with no insurance available, broke 1 surefire flashlight and lost another one on a different set of rocks.
I've heard stories of some VS pliers being found on a beach so it got me thinking about what others have lost while fishing.

Opened tailgate to grab cooler at 5am .Ran in grabbed some bait.Put cooler in cab of truck.Complete freshwater tackle box 3 trays full flew off tailgate somewhere between warwick and NK.Good thing I dont really have the freshwater itch like I have the saltwater one.I shrugged it off.Besides that I've lost some tire tread and gas money. All well worth it.
