With physical labor you come home after work physically tired ...you eat....relax a little and then go to sleep. Ya wake up the next day fresh and ready to go.
With IT junk, you come home mentally tired, you eat (while still thinking about the days messes)....you go to bed and put yourself to sleep thinking about the problems you left for tomorrow....and when you wake up, YOU INSTANTLY GET MENTALLY TIRED BECAUSE YOU KNOW WHATS IN STORE FOR YOU WHEN YOU GET THERE.
There's no winning either way I guess....
