any chance you can take a picture of this lure ?
Like ProfessorM stated a scratched/grinded down metal-lip is the dead giv-a-way that it is a Pichney..

They are considered "collectible" now, but I for one fish a few of them especially the Conrad Jrs.. In fact I just took a couple beaters and had them made over with new hardware and fresh paint... |

Looks like a beachmaster that has seen use. Someone would probably give you $30 for it, though.
