I have a Parrot Mambo Minnow that is 15 years old. Why, is there something new I don't know about?

I did notice that in the picture but the hooks on bombers have always been inconsistent. Some have had permasteel and some/most have had mustad hooks. Those vmc's are still coming off if they're not 4x.

My buddy lost a huge bass back in June because he didnt switch out those stock permasteel hooks. The fish straightened them right out...he learned a valuable lesson.

I never saw them before this year...might be a regional thing too...we only seem to get certain colors up on the North Shore.
