Biden clearly has the most thought out strategy (and one I agree with) but he's unfortunately dropped out.

things could indeed be getting quieter there.

a detente with Iran over the nuke issue (we did extend an olive branch a few weeks ago, remember) ... goes a long way in curbing the violence in Iraq.

We should have made them beg for mercy after we invaded Afghanistan...it would have been easy.
