I am a meateater....I like to smother my vegetables in beef, chicken, pork! My meal diet is not an issue....you gotta eat! My problem is/has been/was that I eat too damn many baked goods and take alot of cream in my coffee...ALOT! I have removed all that from my diet and will see how that goes.....donut free so far in 08'!
Almost time to get our fish on!!!

saw my personal trainer this morning (two free visits with my gym membership) she got me started on a good program.. gonna revisit it in a month or so...
