Last night,chicken in the geo.forman grill the girlfriend brought over.Lemon an some parmesean.Not bad.
Some broccolli an a little salad..
I still feel full.

I ate some spagetthi last night with sauce.. (no meat) and a nice salad.... The spaghetti wasnt whole grain so I feel like I cheated.

I shall punish myself at the gym tonight..

Gonna make a nice fresh ministrone this weekend.. mmmnnmm
