Paul was a friend of one of my younger brothers, and as such, I knew him casually. He was a kind kid with a good heart, and I'm sure he grew up to be a fine man. My thoughts and prayers go out to his friends and family.
All that is necessary for evil to succeed is that good men do nothing.
