sales tax
If you register it in MA you will be required to pay sales/use tax. There is an exemption form on this site. If you register it as a commercial fishing boat there is an exemption. http://www.mass.gov/?pageID=dortermi...st_6&csid=Ador

Interesting, I wonder if my NMFS 300# cod permit would past muster...
