Exclamation

For those of you going to the SWE show this weekend, don't forget to ask DJ Muller or myself about Surf Day 2008. The list of door prizes is still growing. The top prize for the raffle is a Custom Built 10' Lamiglas and a VS 200. With more than a dozen custom plug builders selling their goods and many more "Basement Plug Builders" showing up for the "Plug-Ho" contest, its shaping up to be a great show .

Tight lines,
Eric

Working on my presentation right now for this. Should be a great time. I can't wait to meet some more Jersey guys. Thanks for inviting me to speak!

I'm getting a fruit basket together...if the presentation is weak...fruit salad for Toby baby!

J/K Toby-we are very happy to have you. Some one that thinks out of the box like you do is a refreshing change. Mix in your experience and we should have a real good time. I have got several inquires and the guys are looking forward to hearing you. Me too for that matter

As much as I would like to meet more Jerz casters,
it's all i can do to hit the Shows up here. Very appealing line-up, however! Good meeting you TLap in NPT, and i'm bummed i'll miss yer seminar. And if DJ is any kind of an ambassador for the NJ Contingent, then i am certain i would have a blast down there.

Maybe next year, gents!

It's nothing Personal..Toby we have enough anglers down here already..
Last yr some Jack Ass hit me casting a pencil popper on a crowded jetty front..It could have been way worse..
Luckily he hit me in the head(just some blood and a flesh wound) and he was a nice kinda smallish guy or he would be blowing bubbles..
U wanna do a seminar,One that would be helpfull teach em to stay out of my way..No more Mr.Niceguy this yr..

Hey, Tony !

I didn't say he was nice . Although, he was very helpful and patient.
What i liked most about the few minutes i got to speak with DJ
was his intensity. I am a full tilt surfcaster as well, and if his presentation and our Q&A afterwards are any indicator of the rest of you Jerzee yahoos, i just meant that we would have that in common.

We can't ALL be Billy NIBSTER badazzess,
like yerself, Tony !!

I hear ya, NIB.
I enjoyed meeting and hanging out with you
last year at RISAA. I doan fish the "well known" jetties up here,
unless its to meet some friends, and even then
i won't be party to 45 minute rotations.

Now, if jetties are all you have (the Jersey Shore)
then i can see how a man would run out of cheeks to turn .
Youse guys need to appoint a Mayor of yer jetties...........
We have Crazy Charlie as the Mayor of Ctown and the Q!

Gotta be very frustrating, though, Tony .

You hit it on the nail about DJ. He fishes as hard as anyone I know and is extremely passionate about surfcasting for striped bass.

Unfortunately, in crowded NJ we have too many wannabes who don't show nearly the same respect for the sport and can be dangerous as Tony found out.

Just a few more hours. My presentation is pretty much done, let's just hope I don't freeze up or get egged by the NIB...
