 Try Wellfleet off the area where the beachcomber is. I heard that my friend got a keeper just recently there. |

I suspect in this particular case, "keeper" means kept overnight and then released the next morning.......  |

I saw I striper on Cape once but that was years ago. I would look to the South if I were you. No fishhere anymore.
