Just the poles and hardware to put them together. I got 2" gunnel mounts and 2" poles, but the mounts are in the gunnels and just got glassed in. The poles just stress the sh** out of the gunnel b/c contender uses a funny way to make there gunnels. It is a 2 piece construction so it flexes, hence that is why you couldn't fish a 80/130 from the gunnel... untill now.
