did'nt know the mentioned people but i was on the cape in 50's before national seashore, traffic, seals etc.fished and caught my first stripers off long point going over in small wooden boat.saw alot of small tin boats and knew a few of the out of staters who fished bay side in tins trolling sand worms, would see them next am cleaning stripers, tails tied to clothers line.not alot of money back then, stripers would fed peoples family for weeks vacation.p-town town dock had fish house unloading building for catches coming in from fishing fleet.could walk in with striper and sell at the house.they shipped all the fish off dock every nite and you could pick up check like next day.saw all the buggies back then from that era, remember i guy pie wagon type truck selling tackle in race coast guard lot.familys camped at beach then, set up along the bluff.great times.
