Mike, my Forum Leader Staus on SOL has absolutley nothing to do with the feelings I posted above.

Just for your knowledge, I participate in many fishing websites, and am also a moderator on another one besides SOL, and consider myself a "senior member" here as well....

Tim has his rules, John has his rules, other sites have their rules. Tim's site is somewhat unique of the three because he sells tackle on line, and has sponsers that pay him a fair amount of money to advertise there. He cannot have commercial links popping up all over his message boards for other sites that offer tackle or compete with his sponsers, as that not only cuts into his tackle business, but is also unfair to his paid sponsers.

He also does not want things/controversies/arguements brought from other fishing message boards to his site, much as John does not want that here, because these guys have a hard enough time monitoring their own boards and keeping it civil, let alone having to watch every other board on the web from where things spill over.

So just follow the rules, okay?

(John, sorry if I stepped out of bounds here, but it needed to be said, and I hope you approve....
