my buddy and myself hit the providence river sat am next to the hurricane barrier...nothing. lots of gulls working something on the water, don't know what...first time fishing the area...checked out over by the brown univ. boat house(?). nothing again. weather wasn't horrible, nice to get out...bottom ate up six zoom flukes though (guess that's why they sell them in 10 packs).
