There is a place almost across the street from South Station that sells it. It is a weather instrument store.

I reread Capt Eldrigdes description of Vineyard Sound tides and movements every year before we hit the islands.

"Yours for a Fair tide" is one of the greatest closing remarks I ever read.

I think it was about $12 bucks when I picked one up at Goose Hummock last year.
