The ramp on Commercial St. in P-town is a real clusterama. Very small boats only and yo have to un-hitch your trailer and park it away from your tow vehicle in the corner. Go from Pamet if you can't launch from the sand.

He that would make his own liberty secure, must guard even his enemy from oppression; for if he violates this duty, he establishes a precedent that will reach to himself.

ALERT - the ramp at Pamet is being rebuilt - projected completion end of May (hopefully). If the timing is good, that's your best bet.

Off the beach is good provided you have all the right stuff, and favorable winds/waves.

As BBJ said, Ptown ramp is a cluster - tide window as well as zero space for trailer - need to launch, have someone drive vehicle/trailer elsewhere and then pick them up.

Wellfleet harbor - longer run to Race Pt, but good fishing down that way as well.
