1999 25 Contender 25

Hull and engines are 1999, the package was purchased in Oct of 1999 and not launched untill May of 2000. The boat has been lightly used and constantly upgraded, It lives on a trailer under a custom cover next to my home during the summer and under full shrink wrap from Oct- April. The engines (400hrs)have a full log showing everything that has been done to them. Yamaha parts for everything including ring free and yamalube. The boat"s hull is Dark Green with a white bottom and gold boot stripes and logo., Bluwater T-top installed 2000 with Rupp top guns, Bluewater fixed back leaning post with 4 rodholders and storage. Boat has full Furuno electronics, model 1751 open aray radar, GP1650F chart plotter/Fishfinder, GP30 GPS, KVH Azimuth digital compas hidden behind electronics for heading data to radar, Icom VHF with Mic controls, Sony CD/Stereo and Sony Amp, Bose Speakers, Barnaclean Sonic antifouling system with 8 pucks glassed into the hull, full enclosure with plexi glass wingouts, Hydraulic console door option, large livewell option (45+gal), upgraded livewell aeration systm (keepalive), upgraded all hatch openers with the new Gemlux SS (the ones found on new Contenders), Edson wheel with power knob, Richie SS5000 compass ($500) Boat shows as new with NO hull blemishes. Its an incredibly sweet boat which I had the chance to fish on last May. and we doing 45 knots in 3 footers with plenty left to give. Schweet boat...

As John has, I also have been out on this boat. It was a windy day with a solid 2-3' chop, we managed about 45-50mph without being pounded "at all" on our way to BI. This is an absolutely awesome fishing machine that draws attention wherever it goes.

Damn that's a good deal . . . too bad I am shy about 65,000. Maybe you'll consider a wellcraftv20 in trade.
