Nomad Registered User iTrader: (0) Join Date: Jun 2008 Location: Freeport, Maine Posts: 25	Went out on the royal from shore Monday and they were on the surface but I couldn't hook up! I need help with my topwater technique as I could even get a follow and they were feeding within 20-30 feet of my offering! grrrrr. anybody know where I can get some eels? all the eel guys are fishing for elvers so the Bait Shop on India St in Portland has no eels yet.
