A full day
5:05 my 7yo son wakes me up and says, "lets go fishing!" Headed down to the local breachway and on cast #3 a scrappy 25" schoolie jumps on my Hab's mullet. Sonny cranks him in and proclaims, "We both caught one!" Tide dies and we finish our session watching the bass rolling on minute sandeels from atop the bridge. He got a kick out of seeing what stripers look like when not on a hook.
Headed home. Lounged and dozed until it was time to go honor my father in law with Magic Hat #9, Wild Turkey and ribeye steaks all afternoon.
Home around 8:30- tucked the kids in- headed back out fishing until 11. Another schoolie, this one a jointed Redfin. Home to watch the Celts until 12.
All in all a pretty good day!

I went to the casino Saturday night.. got home at 2.. didnt get to sleep till 330... My 22 month old generally gets up at 5:15am... He let Daddy sleep till 7:45
We made a big brunch... and other than that, just chilled out and watched a little Barney...
Went to the canal last night, had a few eels punished by choppers.. otherwise nothing.

It was great. Fished with my father, went smimming with my daughters, brought them to see Kung Fu Panda, then go-carts, rockwall climbing, video games, and some more pool and BBQ action. It was a great weekend....

Fished all day.
I went out on the boat all day fishing with the little one. Caught plenty of bait (pogies) but only one 31" fish. I came up with a new saying, "A bad day of fishing, doesn't beat a good day of work"

The kids had a card and a Dux Beach shirt waiting for me in the kitchen when i woke up. Wife had the coffee on and a nice card and a sweet smooch. We all lounged inside due to the rain. In the afternoon my Father-in-law and my wifes Uncle came over for a cookout. I took my son to the Animal Planet Expo at the fair and he and I had fun. The afternoon consisted of whiffle ball and horse shoes with the family. A few beers a bailey's and all in all it was a very good day. I called my Dad and he was doing well and was resting after cruising the caribbean with my mom.
