How About This For a Day of Fishing?
I just got my Long Island edition of The Fisherman to my office (June 19 edition - last Thursday).
On the cover is a guy named Charlie Taylor posing with a 63.25 pound striper he caught from his boat. I don't know Charlie, and not sure if he is a participant on this board.
On that same trip, he also caught three fish over 50 pounds, and 10 others between 35 and 45 pounds ... that is a day to remember.
Congrats to you Charlie, wherever you are. According to the report, he pulled the biggest fish out of a bunker school, not sure if he did the others, but I don't care.
It's a good day of fishing for anyone.
