"THIS IS NOT JUST A CAPE HATTERAS ISSUE"

I don't leave our state of Massachusetts hardly at all. I enjoy actively fishing all the beaches up and down the coast of MA for many years now. I do watch the activity in on going states and to that end I am on the mailing list to many state agencies like Cape Hatteras.

As each year passes by we have seen more and more "protection" and less and less access to our local beaches.

So if you don't think it will happen here I think you are in for a big wake up call.

I know it may take a few minutes but it really helps out if you want to continue to have access for fishing if you to send an e-mail or letter.

The previous writter has done a lot of leg work here and made it easy for anyone to properly respond.

its already happened here!! except for a piddley .5 mi of cg in truro.
the sad part is only 3 people have chimed in support of pats info. someone sends a pic of a 30 # fish and 50 people say great job! something this important and you hear crickets chirping. i guess we'll all be buying boats, unless, of course, everything underwater becomes a marine preserve like stellwagons gonna be. then we can just look at the old pictures and tell our kids what it was like to go to the ocean and fish. oh yea, and don't for get your saltwater licence!

yea, i'm a little bitter, used to be able to drive the beach from cg inlet in eastham all the way to the race. now we got squat. your tax dollars hard at work. now i'm gonna go take a xanax!

PULL UP THE WEB SITE

FOR THE CAPE COD NATIONAL SEASHORE .
I completely agree and after anyone looks at the the current OSV access map as posted on the web site I'm sure they will agree also that access is getting more and more limited every year.
