one thing to remember
is that, not everyone that "is disabled"
is on disability.
i was taught french in school
and wish it had been Spanish
i hated french then....

You have to have two years of a foreign language at the college level now to get a business degree from an accredited business school. (URI, Bryant) You can test out if you can demonstrate proficiency.
