I'll get a picture up today. It is exactly as Described and received from piemma. And I am one of many here who will tell you Paul takes care of his gear and does not exagerate about equipment or its condition.

Ross is right. My wife and kids bought this reel for me for Christmas in 1994. I put it in a triple plastic bag and sealed it with duct tape. This was back when the sharpies on the Cape fished Crack 300s and there were no VS reels. Anyway, this reel came our once in OCT 1999 to fish a bunker run at the mouth of Narrow River. I washed it and sealed it back up and it never saw daylight till I sold it to Ross last year or maybe 2 years ago.

The reel is in such pristine condition that there is a a fiber gasket around the spool. You will never find this gasket intact on a Crack because they wear out very quickly. Yep, this reel has the gasket intact. I sold Ross the reel because I was diagnosed with cancer and gave up surf fishing. It is, what i would consider to be a 9.5 out of 10 for condition.

If you look on eBay there are junk 300s going for $150 everyday.

No boat, back in the suds.

I only mentioned the $150 price in reference to the "junk" for sale on eBay. This reel is mint and worth way more than $150. It's collectable for God sake.

No boat, back in the suds.

Thank you for looking.
