Yes there is and yes short term licenses are included...details still in development

Posts: 3,875	I just buying my commercial lic. and when each season is closed I move on to the next! when they all closed I quit for the year. Scup, Tog, Black Sea Bass May, Fluke June & July, Bass July& Aug, Aug sea bass and scup, Sept tog again And Blues all year round! Thats good for me!
