I'm gonna sell "Pocket Fishermen" as a free pass to any beach. KarlF has a point if they claim rights that far out, are the taxed on all that real estate. A reassessment would raise the funds to reimburse the owners for their beaches. Or just tax them as they do me, for ALL their property.
