Rod Wrap is the best I've ever used, period.

Anything that goes into the water for me gets a coat of this stuff and all my plugs love it, no problems with compatability whatsoever!

Teaser...do you know where to find "rod wrap"? is that just a generic term, or a brand? I haven't been able to find it online yet.

Rod wrap is mainly used for wrapping the guides and such on fishing poles, I buy mine from a guy on ebay and he gives me and friends a great deal. I can send you his name if you want or you should be able to get it at Wally world or a store similar to them or try one of the sponsors here.

Thin thin coat of e-tex with a sponge brush does not need to be spun.
I do it all the time on bomber repaints.
