I have the latest Drivers, i have ONE of the best "imaging softwares" out there and it still wont connect- my ports are all working fine- i don't even think the comp sees the camera there AOL wont help- they give me a ton of numbers to call and wait all day to just do it again! it's the cheap AOL digiCam (i made the mistake of buying it) maybe you could PM or email me so i don't HI-JACK this thread... i don't know mike
