What's rude? Because he's not playing ball with you? Especially seeing stuff like this in the past? He should open up & respond at your beck & call?
You can READ people? I've spent 15 years in positions where I deal with nice people, irate people, and even on occasion dilusional people and I don't consider myself able to READ people well enough to tout all about it.
